I'm Katherine, and I've been trained in the following areas: spiritual coaching, counselling, mental
health issues, effective parenting, and life coaching, and I have an honours degree in social sciences.
My particular skills and empathy lie within enabling women to look at abuse issues and emotional problems,
and moving on from them, as I have been there myself. If you are a woman of any age who has abuse issues, emotional problems,
and low self-esteem, etc., then my service is for you. I can enable you to explore your issues safely, learn to understand
them, and move on from them. You can have the life you want, and you can gain your confidence back. Give coaching a try

I offer holistic life coaching, and I can enable you to look at a range of issues
you may have, and I can enable you to lead a more balanced life. I can enable you to look at your life in a safe atmosphere.
I take the whole of you into consideration: the physical, the social, the mental, the emotional, and the spiritual. You might
have issues that are stopping you from leading the life you want, or from getting what you want in life, and I can enable
you to look at the past and present, and pinpoint what might not be working for you, and enable you to go forwards in life
with more confidence, happiness, balance, and success etc., and make your life work better for you.
I believe, that with the right knowledge and the right tools, we can all have what we want in life,
and there is enough to go around for all of us to claim as ours if we so wish. We just have to know this and act upon it.
I can teach you tools, that will enable you to get over the things that are clinging on to you from the past, balance out
your present life, and let you lead the life you have always deamed of. You don't have to suffer, and you can be generally
contented with your life.
To do this, I use mainly life coaching, NLP, and spiritual exercises,
